Bring the Energy. Lead the Team. Grow the Business.

Ready to run a high-energy entertainment destination where packed weekends, birthday parties, group events, and unforgettable guest moments all come together? Sky Zone Fair Oaks is a 56,700 sq. ft. flagship park inside Fair Oaks Mall, featuring attractions, birthday party suites, ninja courses, and major growth potential. We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who can fire up a large team, create an outstanding guest experience, and drive the results of a multi-million-dollar business.

Your Mission

As General Manager, you will set the pace for the entire park. You will own daily operations, team performance, safety, guest experience, sales momentum, and financial results—while creating a culture where team members are excited to show up and guests are excited to come back.

This is the right role for a leader who loves action, thrives on accountability, and knows how to turn a busy facility into a well-run, guest-focused business.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive the Business Forward

· Own the Numbers: Lead the park’s P&L and push performance across memberships, birthday parties, group events, facility buyouts, and concessions.

· Run a Tight Operation: Keep labor, capacity, supplies, expenses, and daily execution aligned so the park runs smoothly when it matters most.

· Turn Targets into Wins: Rally sales, marketing, and operations around weekly goals and clear action plans.

2. Build a Team That Wins

· Set the Vibe: Lead an energetic, accountable culture for a large team of managers and frontline team members.

· Grow Great Leaders: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Assistant General Managers and Team Leads so talent keeps moving forward.

· Keep Everyone Aligned: Set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and keep scheduling, reviews, and employee relations on track.

3. Keep the Park Safe, Clean, and Ready

· Lead Safety Every Day: Keep safety front and center through clear protocols, equipment checks, ASTM compliance, and timely incident reporting.

· Make the Park Shine: Lead daily walkthroughs that keep the facility clean, attractions operating, and every area ready for guests.

· Stay Inspection-Ready: Ensure the park meets local health, fire safety, and commercial facility code requirements.

4. Create Guest Moments People Remember

· Wow the Guests: Lead the team to deliver standout service, strong satisfaction scores, and fast, professional guest recovery.

· Grow Local Buzz: Build relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, and community partners through events and Spirit Nights.

Why You’ll Be Excited to Join

· Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly or quarterly bonus potential tied to sales and P&L performance.

· Paid time off and company holidays so you can recharge.

· Real growth potential within a fast-growing franchise network.

What You Bring

· Proven Operator: 3–5+ years as a General Manager or senior operations leader in high-volume hospitality, entertainment, retail, fitness, or a similar guest-facing business.

· Financial Acumen: Confidence managing venue-level P&L, setting targets, and driving revenue and cost performance.

· People Leadership: Experience leading large teams of 50+ employees with a focus on engagement, accountability, and retention.

· Sales Mindset: Experience with memberships, recurring revenue, events, parties, or high-volume sales is preferred.

· Operational Availability: Willingness to lead during peak business periods, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

· Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Ready to Jump In?

If you are a high-energy operator who loves leading teams, building momentum, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
