About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Milpitas park. From guest services to financial oversight, team development to facility excellence, this role demands hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
You'll work directly with ownership and collaborate with support teams to ensure that every guest enjoys the vibrant, active, and welcoming atmosphere that defines the Altitude experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
  • Lead daily operations of all departments: front desk, events, attractions, food & beverage, and maintenance
  • Monitor financial performance, manage P&L, labor, and inventory within budgeted goals
