Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Fitz Buys Cars team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers explore vehicle upgrade or acquisition options.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in hospitality, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial services, or insurance are highly encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will present a professional appearance and bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

  • Experience in automotive sales, service, or customer relations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
  • Greet and engage customers in the service drive to build rapport and trust
  • Educate customers on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition opportunities

Acquisition & Trade-In Opportunities

  • Identify customers with high-value trade-ins or expiring warranties
  • Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions
  • Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process
Service Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities
  • Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience
Process & Reporting
  • Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes
  • Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards
