Company Overview
Restore Hyper Wellness is a leading provider of wellness services designed to help people feel better, recover faster, and perform at a higher level. Our goal is to make wellness services more accessible, approachable, and part of everyday life.
Job Summary
Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face and spirit of the studio along with playing a key role in creating a high-quality client experience from start to finish. This role is more than front desk support. Team members help manage the client journey, support daily revenue activity, assist with service flow, and keep the studio clean, stocked, and client-ready throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support clients, teammates, and the overall flow of the studio.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and support them throughout their studio experience
  • Manage check-in, check-out, scheduling, calls, voicemails, and client messages
  • Help new clients complete paperwork, set up profiles, tour the studio, and understand services
  • Explain service options, benefits, precautions, memberships, packages, promotions, and after-care
  • Support sales goals through rebooking, follow-up, outreach, and client-centered conversations
  • Help services run smoothly by guiding clients, monitoring timing, and communicating next steps
  • Assist with room turnover, laundry, stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Represent the studio with professionalism, positive energy, and reliable teamwork
  • Support a strong team culture through communication, ownership, and helping where needed
Qualifications
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, fitness, spa, or wellness experience preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to support all areas of the studio, including client service, sales, room flow, cleaning, laundry, and stocking
  • Weekend availability preferred
  • Background or interest in fitness, wellness, exercise science, or a related field is a plus
