Maintenance Team Member - Carr Family Restaurants
The Maintenance Team Member plays a critical role in keeping Carr Family Restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. This position is responsible for facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and overall restaurant readiness-ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for both employees and customers.
What you'll do:
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition and report issues to management for further action.
• Monitor and replace light bulbs, filters, and other essential components.
Cleanliness & Safety
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including restrooms, dining areas, and exterior spaces.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Properly dispose of waste, including grease disposal and recycling, in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with deep-cleaning schedules, including floors, vents, and back-of-house areas.
Emergency & Compliance Support
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues, such as leaks, power outages, or equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support management in maintaining a safe environment for customers and employees.
Inventory & Supplies
• Keep track of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Properly store tools and equipment to ensure accessibility and organization.
Qualifications:
