The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City is seeking a qualified individual to join our maintenance team on a full-time or part-time basis. The responsibilities include daily maintenance of the building, exterior, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks on the building, exterior, and equipment.
- Conduct basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed.
- Paint and wallpaper various areas within the hotel.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the pool.
- Ensure HVAC systems are operating effectively.
- Take care of exterior maintenance.
