Willow Tree Apartments is seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Baytown, TX.


The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.



Essential Functions:

  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

  • Previous apartment maintenance experience required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
  • HVAC (EPA) Certification required
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Must have reliable transportation
