Position Summary

Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility maintenance operations across our locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of facility infrastructure, equipment, and building systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of facility equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Manage maintenance activities across multiple company locations.
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain the maintenance budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory, and CMMS data.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of facilities or maintenance management experience.
