Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain/repair any and all manufacturing and facility equipment
• Communicate directly with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work
• Carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders and spare parts
Skills:
• Use of hand and power tools
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with automated production equipment
Experience -
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, working on equipment such as pumps, motors, and gearboxes, performing both preventative maintenance and repairs.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
    • 2nd shift: typically 3 p.m. to 11 p.m..
