Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support plant reliability programs by driving maintenance excellence, improving equipment performance, and ensuring the consistency and efficiency of onsite operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime, strengthen preventive maintenance practices, and enhance overall production reliability.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor reliability strategies that support safe, consistent plant operations.Lead and support root cause analysis for mechanical failures and equipment downtime events.Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive long-term reliability improvements.Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to optimize maintenance routines and work processes.Review equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Support execution of predictive maintenance technologies, inspections, and condition monitoring programs.Ensure documentation of maintenance activities follows established standards.Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.Ingredients Required for Your SuccessBackground in maintenance, reliability, or troubleshooting equipment within plant operations.Proficiency in conducting root cause analyses and using reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced plant environment and partnering directly with teams on the production floor.Familiarity with CMMS platforms and standard maintenance workflows.Preferred knowledge of PLC systems and control logic.Experience managing projects in a manufacturing setting.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.Relocation assistance is available for this position.
