Analyze and manage policies/procedures to assure Inventory integrity and to apply controls that ensure accurate inventory costing, timely transactions, physical/system reconciliations and various reporting. Conducts and participates in various audits and responds to adverse audit findings to implement effective corrective action plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain monthly reporting as established by management
  • Assist in developing and maintaining metrics
  • Support annual and periodic Audits of WIP
  • Audit WIP Jobs to verify all components have been properly issued
  • Research significant count discrepancies
  • Assess transactional records
  • Create, maintain multiple databases, analyze data, report anomalies
  • Present solutions to anomalies and drive issues to conclusion
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Support audit requests from finance
  • Prepare and assess residual inventory reports and supporting data
  • Contribute to all relative SOP and support all relative process redesign
  • Support the department in establishing, documenting and implementing new processes as needed
  • Assist lower level employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills
  • B.A./B.S. Accounting or Business Administration
  • 8 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be PC literate and possess strong computer skills with applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must be able to manage work to deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:
TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.
Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$86,131 - $143,551
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
