Industrial Millwright ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus), Thomaston, Georgia
Earn up to $40.74/hr + Night Shift Premium + Competitive Incentives
Interfor is actively seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our team in Thomaston, Georgia. This isan opportunity for skilled trades professionals to apply advanced mechanical,hydraulic, and fabrication expertise in a fast-paced, high-productionmanufacturing environment.

Top Pay & Incentives
  • Pay Range: Up to $40.74 per hour based on skill level and experience.
  • $5000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $1.25 per hour Night Shift Differential
  • Quarterly Gainshare Bonus (performance based)

What You'll Do
  • Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance duties.
  • Cut, weld, and perform fabrication work with different types of steel.
  • Assess and repair machinery and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
  • Determine shaft sizes, measure up, and build shafts for replacement.
  • Recognize and change sprockets, bearings, and chains etc.
  • Adhere to an absolute lock-out policy, ensuring that the power source is turned off, machine locked out, and tested to ensure isolation.
  • Submit work requests and complete work orders.
  • Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
