Job Description Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shifts (Direct Hire) Location: Sterling Heights, MI Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour + 15% shift premium (Based on experience and interview) Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hiring Immediately - Direct Hire Opportunity Job Summary We are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of buildings, presses, conveyors, CNC machines, washers, assembly equipment, automation systems, and related machinery. The technician will also support the assembly and press departments, participate in press set-ups, and ensure optimal equipment performance
