Job Summary

  • Maintaining schedules of maintenance & housekeeping staff
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding nursing homes
  • Maintain and accurately record logs and documentation
  • Interact with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed as needed
  • Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections.
  • Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Clean driver’s license and their own vehicle
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills: 1 year
  • Maintenance of a skilled nursing facility: 1 year
