Maintenance Director Job Qualifications:

  • Technical degree from a two-year college or vocational school; or three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and heating/air conditioning mechanical equipment and systems.

  • Two years supervisory experience

The Maintenance Director is responsible to maintain through a variety of maintenance duties so that a clean and safe environment is maintained for residents, team members and visitors.
