At Bob Loquercio Auto Group, we’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager who is dependable, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of maintaining our offices, retail showrooms, and service facilities.

What You’ll Do:As our Facilities Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring all locations remain safe, functional, and looking their best:
  • Perform general repairs across offices, retail showrooms, and repair shops
  • Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, light electrical work, painting, and troubleshooting
  • Travel between multiple locations to address maintenance needs
  • Use our maintenance app to receive, track, and manage all service tickets (this is a key part of the role!)
  • Coordinate and manage annual maintenance agreements with vendors (HVAC, landscaping, fire alarm systems, sprinklers, overhead doors, etc.)
  • Hire and oversee subcontractors when specialized work is required
  • Safely load, transport, and operate equipment, including moving a scissor lift via trailer

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in general facility maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites
  • Comfortable using technology/apps to manage work orders and communication
  • Experience working with subcontractors and service vendors
  • Trailer experience (loading/unloading equipment such as a scissor lift)
  • Must have own tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
