Great Outdoors is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to head a residential and commercial lawn care team in the Ann Arbor, MI area.   • Physical Demands: Ability to read/write/speak English, complete physical labor, and work outside in all weather conditions for both lawn and snow services.
  • Education & Transit: High School diploma or equivalency, and reliable transportation to our shop in Ann Arbor, MI.

Desired Qualifications 
  • Language: Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience specifically as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader.
