 Description:

·         Place PRs-PO’s in Xiam.

·         Submitting payments and managing all invoice inquiries

·         Payments follow up in SAP.

·         Planning and scheduling of Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance.

·         Coordination with external vendors for Preventative/Calibration execution.

·         Coordination with Buyers and Corporate.

·         Provide accrual impact to finance

·         Familiar with preferred software: Maximo, SAP and Xiam
