Job Title: IT Production Support Assistant Location : Downey, CA, 90242 Position Overview The IT Production Support Assistant is responsible for supporting production applications running in IBM Mainframe and Midrange computing environments. The role focuses on production job scheduling, execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and mainframe application support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a 24/7/365 production environment. The candidate will also assist with source code promotion using Endevor, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with application development and operations teams.
