Job Overview:

The Field Support Specialist provides office and mailroom support across different client sites as needed. This is a flexible, on-call role covering tasks such as reception, mail handling, facilities support, and copy/print services. The position requires adaptability, mobility, and strong customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and greet visitors
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Manage shipping and receiving tasks
  • Assist with office supplies, facilities requests, and basic troubleshooting
  • Support copy/print services and office equipment
  • Help with office moves and meeting room setup
  • Provide reception or front desk coverage as needed
  • Build positive relationships with clients and teams
  • Take initiative and assist with additional tasks during downtime

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
