The Opportunity
As a Mailroom Clerk in our Office Services Department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively in our Mailroom with essential documents necessary for the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.
Accountable for
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
  • Prepare mail and packages for shipment.
  • Operate mailroom equipment, including but not limited to postage meters, mail sorting machines, scanners, etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining mailroom supplies in the mailroom, such as envelopes, stamps, and packaging materials.
  • Special project assistance as necessary.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Qualifications
  • Prior law firm experience is preferred.
  • Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Case management software experience preferred.
  • Ability to sort and organize efficiently.
  • Experience working with litigation documents.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation
  • $21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
