The HUB Warehouse Associate position is located in Braselton, GA.


You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Correctly stage customer orders in assigned loadout lanes.
  • Communicate with leads to prioritize urgent ("hot") orders and assigned tasks.
  • Confirm products are placed in the correct lanes and verify counts.
  • Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, and quantity discrepancies.
  • Wrapping furniture or staging boxes.
  • Build, open, and inspect units flagged for additional attention per assembly instructions (as needed).
  • Perform dock searches for cartons, and remove straps or vendor pallets as required.
  • Safely operate material-handling tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and warehouse standards.
  • Follow Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values while meeting accuracy, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by NGA leadership.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • This is an onsite and in office role
  • Strong attendance record and willingness to support the team with any necessary tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMOS)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and quick learner.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

We prefer some of these qualities as well....

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Prior experience operating material-handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with RF handheld scanners.

  • Continuous physical activity, including walking, bending, lifting, standing, and climbing; must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer and RF scanner for long periods if required.
