1st Shift Mail Warehouse Associate

Temp-to-Hire | $18.50/Hour | 1st Shift


We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mail Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who is looking for a position with the potential to become permanent.


What You'll Do

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure products match the packing slip

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up lifts and electric pallet jacks

  • Work toward becoming forklift certified

  • Monitor and maintain raw material inventory

  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts

  • Work closely with other departments to keep materials and production moving

  • Assist with light maintenance, handiwork, and cleaning as needed

  • Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Assist with trash and waste removal and general facility upkeep

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines


What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience is a plus

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment

  • Strong attention to detail when handling inventory and receiving materials

  • English or bilingual preferred

  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities


Important Overtime Requirement

Must be open to overtime hours, during the October January peak season. Candidates must also be available to work every weekend during this period.
