The Mail Clerk is a support role to assist the Post Closing Department achieve set turn times and allocate incoming mail to the appropriate personnel and/or files.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Receive, sort, and scan all incoming mail & packages.
• Collate, label, and file documents as necessary.
• Assist with filing, creating shipping labels, preparing documentation for shipping as needed.
• Responsible for tracking/logging movement on mail.
• Distribute physical mail when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and highly efficient
• Office experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduate preferred.
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $41,000 - $45,000/yr
