Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

Training Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

What you will do:

  • Support Mail Operations Department by restocking mail trays for their use
  • Inventory and restocking of supplies consumables
  • Clean and dispose of waste and recyclables. Make pick-ups and deliver in company vehicles
  • Ship and receive raw material and finished products
  • Following all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousing
  • Following instructions and completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager/Supervisor
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse
  • Ability to move large paper rolls; occasionally required to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
  • Forklift and 20' box truck experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
