Job description

Mail clerk will be responsible for picking up, sorting, and delivering all 21st's mail. This will include the sorting and distribution of 21st's internal mail, as well as mail from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Traveling to local post office to pick up USPS mail daily.
  • Receive and input Fedex, UPS, and USPS trackable packages into tracking software.
  • Sort and deliver internal and external mail to the appropriate department or individual within a specific timeframe.
  • Maintain and stock various supplies in common areas of the company.
  • Communicate effectively with appropriate management and departments regarding changes or delays in deliveries and order status.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written communications.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate in sorting and distributing mail.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to stand or walk the majority of the shift and able to lift heavy items.

4- Year degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2-year associate's degree required
