The Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing high-volume mail scanning and production work in a team setting, within a professional office environment.

Position Details:

This direct hire role is full-time, second shift, and performs high-volume mail scanning and production work. Hours will range within M-F 12 PM - 10:00 PM.  The work location is in the St. Louis, MO area.

Hourly Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 USD per hour, depending on production experience

The Office Services Associate role is full time, second shift, Monday - Friday. Hours will range within 12:00PM- 10:00PM.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Operating high volume mail opening and scanning equipment, helping print and assemble large outbound mailings daily.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • The business environment does not allow cell phones in the production area

Job Requirements:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Windows environment PC skills
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
