Job description

ARO is looking to hire a On-Call Office Services Associate focusing on mail & print. The ideal candidate will be professional, high energy, focused and have excellent customer service skills for our St. Louis, MO locations (3 sites). 20 hours per month.

The OSA/Mail and Print position involves work in printing with finishing components (cutting/binding/creasing/etc.), basic printer maintenance, processing and delivery of mail and packages, this is a client facing position so professionalism, high energy, attention to detail and strong sense of urgency are a must.

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per month)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Please apply if you have:

  • Prior experience in mail distribution, print or office services
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds, walk up to three miles through the day, and work with printers and technology
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
