Job description

Job Title: Mail Clerk

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Parnall Road, Jackson, MI (Onsite)

Pay rate: $17/hr on w2, without benefits/holidays/vacation

Work Timing : (M-F) 5-11am EST daily

Hours Per Day : 6hrs/day & 30hrs in a week

Job Description:

Looking for a Clerical Support Specialist.

Duties:

Open and scan property tax mailings such as tax bills, assessment notices, and receipts.

Retrieve missing tax bills and tax assessment notices from local units of government.

Print and prepare voucher reports, address labels and tax payment mailings.

Assist in various filings, mailings, or administrative/clerical duties, as necessary.


Skills:

Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe, and SAP experience a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills.

Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience would be helpful.


Education:

High School diploma and two years of administrative experience necessary.

Associates degree or related property tax experience is preferred.
