Job description

Position Purpose: 

Implement and support the UKG Pro WFM/ADP Workforce Manager solutions to achieve all STG Professional Services KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to UKG and ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes. Act as functional and technical liaison between STG, STG Partners and Clients. In this position, you’ll leverage our partner training programs and SME support from STG Senior Consultants, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Clients to deliver a comprehensive WFM solutions.
  • Guide and drive Clients towards the best solution for their business needs.
  • Analyze existing systems, integration requirements, business processes.
  • Partner with Clients to understand their business and related needs.
  • Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a WFM solution.
  • Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to Clients when appropriate.
  • Understand Client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution.
  • Build long term relationship and trust.
  • Interact/collaborate with STG associates in sales and customer service.
  • Exchange routine information with members of Client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise.
  • Document the Client’s solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to UKG/ADP methodology and project scope.
  • Take ownership of the configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
  • Take ownership of issues and gaps between Client requirement and UKG/ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
  • Provide guidance to the Client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
  • Support Clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
  • Support training delivery.
  • Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
  • Ensure handover to Client services following UKG/ADP handover methodology.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel to client site as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Strong Client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the Client to best solution to help resolve their needs.
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in ADP eTime/Workforce Manager/UKG Workforce Central/Workforce Manager is a plus.
  • Experience working on global projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources and Time Management systems.
  • Experience conducting training sessions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Certifications / Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
  • Completion of UKG Workforce Central/Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME/Workforce Manager training/Certification is a plus.
  • Project Management qualifications.
