Magellan Mental Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team. Your therapeutic skills will be utilized in a community health clinic setting, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. Our state-of-the-art digital platforms facilitate seamless telemedicine interactions, while also giving you the option to provide in-person therapy when required.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Magellan, you will be engaged in the following critical tasks:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client and their family.
• Facilitating therapy sessions that include working with couples collaboratively and providing individual sessions as necessary.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of family dynamics and psychological issues, including but not limited to:
• Alcohol addiction
• Experiences of abuse (physical or psychological)
• Grief and loss
• Family conflicts including sibling rivalry and cut-offs
• Job stress and medical issues affecting family members
• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, and blended families
• Challenges in communication among family members
• Documenting progress, maintaining client records, and actively collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescent populations. Your work will significantly impact these individuals by providing them with tools and strategies to enhance their mental health and family relationships. In particular, your expertise will be critical in empowering families facing challenges related to trauma, transitions, and other significant life changes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following educational and licensure requirements:

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.
• At least two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical environment.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we highly value candidates with a history of working in community health settings or those who have experience in teletherapy. Candidates who are newly licensed or have worked with diverse populations and specialties will be given preference.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual earnings between USD 120,000 to 130,000. In addition to this generous compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
