This role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to attend to clients in the comfort of their home while maintaining professional standards and practices. • Manage and maintain detailed reports and progress notes for assigned clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in adherence to deadlines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective aftercare plans tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
• Participate actively in scheduled staff meetings, in-service training, and Quality Assurance audits to enhance service delivery and uphold the standards set by the organization.
• Engage in regular supervision with the Program psychiatrist and Clinical Supervisor to ensure that therapeutic approaches are effective and aligned with client goals.
• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with external linkage and referral agencies to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide a range of mental health services including intakes, crisis interventions, individual counseling sessions, and, as appropriate, group therapy options for clients.

This position focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, offering tailored mental health support and interventions to address a range of emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Services or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation, with a valid BBS number.
• Demonstrated capacity to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment through strong, effective communication skills.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on working with children and adolescents.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or familiarity with educational systems is highly desirable, as it supports effective collaboration with educators and school staff.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
