Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a company based in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by unloading shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in warehouse operations.

Pay Rate
$15 - $16 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift 8 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Warehouse Lead Duties & Responsibilities
  • Trailer Unloading: Off-load trailers and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Product Scannig: Scan products using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Pallet Preparation: Manually shrink-wrap pallets to secure merchandise for storage and shipment.
  • Inventory Organization: Sort and organize merchandise onto pallets according to assigned and letter codes.
  • Warehouse support: Move, store, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Order Preparation: Stock inventory and assist with picking and preparing orders.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all workplace safety standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience required. Training provided.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred
  • Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish bilingual candidates preferred but not required
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliability: Excellent attendance and strong work ethic required.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
