Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: 

- Shift: 1 Monday - Friday Day Shift (5am ~ 2pm)

- Shift: 2 Monday - Friday Day Shift (2pm ~ 11pm)

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and loading activities in the yard.
  • Ensure proper loading procedures and safety compliance during dispatch operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
  • Communicate any delays or issues promptly to the operations manager and relevant parties.
  • Support the yard operations team with daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics or warehouse shipping operations is preferred
  • Familiarity with dispatch procedures and transportation coordination.
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations, especially for battery or hazardous material handling (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory management tools.
