Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Riviera Beach / West Palm Beach, FL 33404
Salary: $65,000 annually
Full-Time

A growing food distribution company in the Riviera Beach / West Palm Beach area is looking for a highly organized and bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with room for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments
  • Schedule receiving appointments and coordinate carriers
  • Follow up on purchase orders and shipment arrivals
  • Ensure materials and inventory arrive on time to warehouses and storage facilities
  • Coordinate multiple daily transfers between warehouse locations
  • Help manage outbound shipments to FedEx and other destinations
  • Support international shipments from countries such as Vietnam and China via vessel, Matson, and air shipments
  • Coordinate daily inventory replenishment shipments from vendors and third-party storage facilities
  • Maintain communication with vendors, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Previous logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience with shipping coordination, inventory movement, or carrier scheduling is a plus
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
