  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, entertainment, and partnership teams to align video output with strategic goals.
  • Source, book, and manage freelance production talent and maintain efficient workflows across projects.
  • Enforce visual standards, file management practices, and production best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support production budgeting and resource planning in coordination with project managers.
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of hands-on professional video production experience, spanning pre- to post-production.
  • Proven success creating engaging, platform-optimized short- and long-form digital video content.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling instincts, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Experience shooting in fast-paced environments, including outdoor/field production.
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools (motion graphics a plus).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments and disciplines.
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office required in Easton, PA.
What We Offer
  • Work with the Best: Collaborate with top-tier professionals across media, advertising, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and publishing, shaping the future of these dynamic industries.
  • Grow Your Skills: Unlock your potential with access to innovative training programs, immersive workshops, and exclusive industry events.
