Job Title : CCI NewsGate Solution Architect 

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :

Overall 8-10 years of experience with 2-3 years in CCI NewsGate and 6 years in content management and semantic technology 

Necessary Skills : Strong understanding and hands-on experience of the following items: 

o CCI NewsGate 

o Escenic Content Engine and related plug-ins 

o SOLR 

o MySQL 

o Java/ JEE, Struts, HTML, CSS 

o Semantic Technologies - Saplo, Cxense 

o REST based Web Services 

o CCI NewsDesk 

o Adobe InDesign 

o Linux 

o XML, XSLT 


Excellent understanding of News Paper, Magazine publishing process and related business processes including advertisement, subscription etc. 

Print, Online, Television and Hand held device based publishing processes and technology 

Strong Analysis and Communication Skill 

Good knowledge of Architecture and Design Aspects 

Ability to do R&D 

Desired Skills : Content Management System technology, solutions, architecture 

Experience with content assets and publishing across all media channels 

Strong presentation skill and have experience in pre-sales solution activity 

Innovative solution in the domain space 

Knowledge in any other product suite related to Publishing 

Cloud based infrastructure and doing solution based on Cloud based infrastructure, particularly AWS 

Roles & Responsibilities : Architecting solution for News Paper, Magazine publishing

Handling customers 

Conducting proof-of-concept as and when needed
