Job Summary
All Graphic Design adjunct faculty positions have as their primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment for our students, while contributing service to the college. Adjunct faculty responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, following the course description and course outlines as established by the Design and Media Studies department. Topics may include typography, illustration, brochure and magazine design, and branding. Teaching schedules may include day/evening courses and online/hybrid instruction.
In accordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA), additional activities may include participation in departmental initiatives, evidence of academic achievements, recognition by professional and community organizations, and other duties.
Qualifications - Education
Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate discipline or five years plus professional experience required.

Graphic Design Adjunct positions are available in day and evening classes. Proficient in Adobe CC software on a Mac.
Qualifications - Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies in related fields of specialization. Ability to teach lab courses. Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Adobe CC software on a Mac.
