Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to plan, manage, and lead automation projects from concept through final customer acceptance, ensuring delivery of custom production machines according to customer specifications. This could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Competence:
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to coordinate multiple project activities.
  • Proficient in digital tools and PC-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated competence through appropriate education, training, and professional experience.
  • Practical knowledge of machine automation design

  • Ability to work effectively with customers according to project deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams and with customers.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation, with extensive involvement in production equipment and manufacturing systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex engineering or automation projects in a Project Manager or Program Manager capacity.
  • Experience within the Automotive and/or Electronics industry is strongly preferred.

Functions & Scope
  • Manage national and international projects from project hand-off through final customer acceptance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and IPTE local and global teams.
  • Coordinate project activities and provide technical leadership to the project team.
  • Manage change requests and claims when customer requirements exceed the agreed project scope.
  • Ensure project forecasts are accurate for resource planning and financial tracking.
  • Monitor and control project financial performance, including cost tracking, margin protection, and management of changes that impact project scope or budget.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal management and customers, highlighting progress, risks, key milestones, and required corrective actions.
  • Lead project closure activities including final documentation, customer acceptance, financial closure, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all IPTE health and safety procedures.
