Job Description:

About the Role:

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
  • Load raw materials and packaging into machines
  • Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
  • Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
  • Perform deep cleans and changeovers
  • Complete quality checks

This full-time role pays $26.81 per hour, plus a $0.65 shift differential. Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator
