Mullins Cheese is seeking a self- motivated, team- oriented, eager to work individual to work in our Cheese Production. Essential Job Functions:

Monitor and control production machinery

Monitor and use “Clean in Place” procedures on product machinery and tools

Correctly take samples of product for lab testing

Maintain appropriate production records

Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies

Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product

Follow Safety ProceduresMaintain clean work environment

Aid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directions

Operate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality product

Other duties assigned by plant manager

Lifting 60 lbs. from the ground

Schedule:We currently have openings on 2 shifts:

Rotating- 1 week day shift/ 1 week night shift

2pm-9/10pm

Wage:

Starting wage based upon experience

$3.00 Shift Premium 6pm-6am. Monday-Friday. All Day Saturday

    1.5x pay over 40 hours
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:

1 year minimum of machine operating experience

High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation

Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors

Certifications: Forklift Certification

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years in a food production position

Experience with Dryers, evaporators, vats, milk separators UF, MF, or RO systems

Experience in a food manufacturing facility
