Mullins Cheese is seeking a self- motivated, team- oriented, eager to work individual to work in our Cheese Production. Essential Job Functions:

Monitor and control production machinery

Monitor and use “Clean in Place” procedures on product machinery and tools

Correctly take samples of product for lab testing

Maintain appropriate production records

Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies

Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product

Follow Safety ProceduresMaintain clean work environment

Aid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directions

Operate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality product

Other duties assigned by plant manager

Lifting 60 lbs. from the ground

Shift:

We are currently seeking an Experienced Machine Operator forL

Day shift 9am-4pm

Night shift 4pm-Midnight

Wage:

Starting wage of $23.50 (includes) $3 Shift premium

Higher starting wage based upon experience

$3.00 Shift Premium 6pm-6am. Monday-Friday. All Day Saturday

    1.5x pay over 40 hours
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years minimum of machine operating experience

High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with vats, milk separators UF, MF, or RO systems

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years in a food production position

Experience in a food manufacturing facility
