Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Owen, WI
Pay Range: $24.20/hour
Shift: 6pm – 6am, 2-2-3 schedule, with the ability to train on 1st shift hours
What's the Job?

  • Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
  • Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
  • Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
  • Follow all safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment required
