Work Location: AGI Fabricators – Milwaukee

Division: Manufacturing (Full Time - 1st Shift)

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. Under the direction of the Shop Foreman, you’ll operate metal fabrication equipment to produce parts and assemblies according to drawings and specifications. If you’re mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience operating metal fabrication machinery
  • Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s License. Forklift and Overhead Crane Certification preferred.
  • Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout the shop with the ability to carry up to 75lbs.

Key Activities

  • Read blueprints, follow work orders, and determine set-up and production needs.
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate fabrication machinery.
  • Load and unload materials and maintain accurate production records.
