Job description

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Machine Operator Shift:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 4:30pm-3:00am

Primarily looking for 2nd shift


Machine Operator Starting pay:

Base: $16/hr + production bonuses may be available


Machine Operator Associate Duties:

  • Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production targets.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, applying mechanical knowledge to identify issues and ensure smooth operation.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
  • Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock levels efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.


Machine Operator Experience:
