Job description

Machine Operator Blythewood, SC

We are seeking Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Blythewood. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 6:45 AM 7:00 PM, MondayThursday

  • Night Shift: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM, MondayThursday

  • Overtime available on some Fridays

Pay:

  • $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Support production goals in a fast-paced environment

  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience required

  • Machine operator experience preferred

  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts on concrete floors

  • Ability to bend, twist, and stoop regularly

  • Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including heat and cold

  • Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1

Additional Information:

  • Paid breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break

  • Employees must remain onsite during breaks
