Machine Operator – Corrugated/Cardboard Manufacturing

OpSource has partnered with a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging and customized converted products. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Details:

Position: Machine Operator

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: Entry-level candidates starting at $16–$17/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am - 4:30pm

Overtime available!

Responsibilities:

Operate paper cutting and production machinery

Prepare raw materials for processing

Meet production, quality, and safety goals

Remove, label, and package finished products

Perform quality inspections using:

Quick scan measuring devices

Micrometers

Calipers

Visual inspections for defects

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to read and follow work orders/instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Safe work habits are required

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Willing to train motivated candidates eager to learn and work!
