You will operate and maintain equipment while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assembly & Fabrication: Perform tasks related to the manufacture and packaging of medical devices following clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Quality Control: Conduct inspections on the processing line to ensure all components meet quality specifications.
Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment and remain willing to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed. Documentation: Read and interpret technical specifications and perform basic math calculations. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication skills and the ability to use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes). High level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
