Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting/maintenance on production machinery. Quality Control: Conduct inspections on the processing line to ensure all components meet quality specifications.
Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment and remain willing to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed. Documentation: Read and interpret technical specifications and perform basic math calculations. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication skills and the ability to use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes). High level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
