If interested in this Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Sumter SC 29153 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.80/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 4 PM-Midnight (OT on Saturdays) ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of essential medical products. You will operate and maintain equipment while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assembly & Fabrication: Perform tasks related to the manufacture and packaging of medical devices following clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting/maintenance on production machinery. Quality Control: Conduct inspections on the processing line to ensure all components meet quality specifications.

Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment and remain willing to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed. Documentation: Read and interpret technical specifications and perform basic math calculations. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication skills and the ability to use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes). High level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
