Entry-Level Machine Operator – Paid Training | Full-Time

Location: Madison, WI
Schedules Available:

  •  1st shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM and Friday 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  •  2nd shift Monday – Thursday 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM

We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators in a modern electronics manufacturing environment. No direct machine operating experience is required—we provide training for candidates who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or machine operation experience who are looking to grow their skills and advance within a stable company.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep our production lines running efficiently by operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
  • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
  • Verify parts and materials used during production
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
  • Complete production records, checklists, and documentation
  • Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns
  • Assist technicians and team members as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support continuous production goals and team success

  • Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment
