Overview
Performs relatively routine tasks requiring general knowledge related to the work of the department and/or project team. This is an intermedicate level position in regards to machine operating, utilizing basic skills learned previously and applying them with increasing independence while completing the tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail important.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is important.
  • Recognize the impact of variances to scope.
  • Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts with ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately.
  • Work on project teams and assist in meeting critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide customer service.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills are required.

Qualifications
  • Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties. May operate CNC machine centers and/or grinders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
  • Routinely requires decisions that involve some judgment to determine a course of action which is consistent with established functional policies and goals covered by general procedures. Utilizes intermediate analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Identify deviations from standards.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
