Job description

The Machine Operator is responsible for working as a team to create finished goods through the manufacturing process. In this position, the successful candidate will be able to understand the operation of the machinery as well as indicate points of failure in the manufacturing process. The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of all finished goods meet minimum expectations, and to log defects as they arrive to improve manufacturing processes.
Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:
โ€ข Examine machinery to address issues with production
โ€ข Troubleshooting issues as they arise
โ€ข Cleaning the areas around the machinery
โ€ข Feeding recycled material into the grinder
โ€ข Maintain activity logs depending on workstation location
โ€ข Perform quality checks of finished goods
โ€ข Any and all other duties as assigned
12 hours shifts, rotating schedule
