Job Description
Hamilton Connection has Machine operator positions in Clinton, CT available. 1st and 2nd shift openings at a pharmaceutical company. Pay ranged from $17.50-$19.00 to start. Temp to hire positions available.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Willing to train the right, motivated individual to learn our tableting and packaging process.
  • Operate and set up a wide range of manufacturing equipment that includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line.
  • Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.
  • Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA.
  • Production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dependability a must; we will be investing in you with training
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to concentrate and focus on task under stressful and/or distracting conditions
  • Ability to be a team player; good interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with high level of motivation
  • Ability to stand for entire shift, walk, bend, reach, climb ladder
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs on an occasional basis
  • Ability to wear facemask, safety shoes & glasses, hairnet and gloves.

No experience required, we will train!
SCHEDULE FOR MACHINE OPERATOR:
  • 8 hour shift (Full time)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift or Night shift
  • Overtime voluntary
  • Full time

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
  • 1st shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • 2nd shift: 3:50 PM - 12:20 AM, Monday through Friday
