Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Westbrook, CT area that is looking to add 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operators to their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right fit, offering hands-on training and long-term potential.
If you have basic manufacturing knowledge or experience and are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

The location is conveniently located for candidates searching for manufacturing jobs in Connecticut, including Westbrook, Clinton, Old Saybrook, Killingworth, Madison, Niantic, and surrounding communities.

$17-19 per hour depending on experience!

Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operating manufacturing and machining equipment
  • Monitoring machines during production runs
  • Labeling finished product boxes accurately
  • Using a manual pallet jack to move boxes to designated staging areas
  • Following written instructions and safety procedures
  • Supporting general production and workflow as needed
