Job description

Machine Operator – (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Andek Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and motivated machine operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and are willing to cross-train in multiple production areas.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Operate imaging department equipment efficiently and safely
  • Perform quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs
  • Enter production jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
  • Read and interpret shop orders to verify:
    • Completion of previous operations
    • Production counts
    • Product quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety and production procedures

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Shift: Monday-Friday
  • Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands
  • Schedule adjustments and overtime requirements will be communicated in advance whenever possible

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in Production environment/Machine operating
  • Must be able to pass E-Verify and Background check.
